RESEARCH
Understand the project context, user requirements, site analysis, project feasibility, and global benchmarks.

STORY
Analyze the observations. Define the project narrative, story, vision, project guidelines, project program, and timeline.

IDEATE
CONCEPT
Explore creative strategies for the project, brainstorm and generate ideas, ideate multiple solutions, and develop design sketches and master plans.

CREATE
Develop a design that aligns with the user requirements, research, project vision and program. Identify and select the best design option.

About Us
We are a collaborative design studio of highly skilled designers working on establishing a bold project vision, concept design, program development, master planning, experience planning, and landscape architecture for design projects. We are a Minority & Woman-owned Small Business (MBE and WBE Business in Los Angeles County, California). We have extensive experience in projects locally and worldwide. We work on projects large and small with the same passion.
